Life & Hobbies
Dr. English-Mangum received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2004. She then attended UNC-Chapel Hill School of Dentistry where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2008. Prior to joining Heartland Dental, she spent over 15 years working in public health providing a wide variety of general dental services to the underserved population in rural NC. She served as dental director at this federally qualified health center since 2013 overseeing three fast-paced dental facilities and numerous school-based health centers. She is able to provide comprehensive dental treatment to adult and pediatric patients. She prides herself on providing compassionate and high-quality dental care to all her patients.
Outside of work, Dr. English-Mangum enjoys spending time with her family, listening to audiobooks, traveling, and dining at new/exciting restaurants.

Life & Hobbies
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Harris actively participates in obstacle courses, 10ks, and pick-up basketball games. He also knows how to slow down while out and about to find the perfect angle for a photo from one of his film cameras. Dr. Harris loves traveling around the world, trying as much food as he can, and exploring different worlds with the latest video games. The rest of his time is spent caring for his cat, Nelly, with his partner.
